1. 12 2.25 oz plastic soufflé cups with lids
2. 1 cup water
3. 2 cups spiced apple cider
4. 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
5. 1 cup Crown Royal Apple Whiskey
6. 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon flavored whiskey

(OPTIONAL)

1. Whipped cream for garnish
2. Ground cinnamon for garnish
